If your brokerage is using Dash to automate your ERA Moves or BHGRE Moves programs the following data fields must be completed when the transaction goes under contract.
Customers name
Customers email address
Customers phone number
Estimated Close Date
Customers' addresses including city, state, and zip code (either moving to or moving from)
Buying or listing agent Transactions marked as under contract or pending
