      How do I remove an agent that has left my brokerage?

      1. Navigate to your brokerage dashboard https://customer.mooveguru.com/login

      2. Find the agent that has left the brokerage and click on their name

      3. Click Edit

      4. Change status to either "INACTIVE- BROKERAGE CFL ON" - if you want the clients that were enrolled under that agent to now receive emails branded from your brokerage  OR "INACTIVE" if you don't want the clients enrolled to receive anything moving forward.
