      2. Preferred Vendor Access: Add your own vendors, who will be highlighted as “Recommended Vendor” within the homeownership portal.
      3. Free Home Valuation: Homeowners can get a free home valuation for any properties they manage in the homeowner portal, updated monthly.
      4. Login Notifications: Receive notifications whenever a homeowner logs into their homeownership portal.

       

      Standard

      Our most popular plan! The Standard is designed for professionals aiming to unlock potential leads and provide valuable market insights, positioning you as the go-to professional.

      Price: $49.98 per month*

      *Up to 201 contacts included in the base subscription.
      *$15/month per additional block of 100 contacts.

      For larger organizations, our Enterprise Solution offers seamless integration of HomeKeepr into your company product suite with custom solutions.

      1. Dedicated Customer Success Manager: Have your own customer success manager that will help onboard your team, facilitate trainings, and ensure you're getting the most!
      2. White Labeling: Rebrand the entire platform to fit your branding as part of your product suite!

      Update on Contact Pricing

      To simplify contact overage pricing, we are moving from charging $0.15 per contact to offering contact packages. Now, additional contacts can be purchased in packages of 100 for $15 each. This change makes it easier for you to calculate and manage costs effectively.
